Spokane's Exotic Eats

I am on a personal quest to find the most interestingly uncommon foods in Spokane. Although I have lived here for over four years, I have yet to discover Spokane's exotic cusine (assuming there is one). I also want to challenge myself to try foods that I (and most people I know) wouldn't dare choose on a menu. This blog is not to try "nasty" food for a bucket list, but to rate, photograph, local exotic foods and support local restaurants.
